I live in the Toxteth district of Liverpool, UK. Cairns Street is my street, and it is together with 3 other streets subject of a grand government scheme of so called renewal. If the plans go ahead me and my neighbours will loose their homes, they would be taken from us, some would be demolished, others remodelled. Then they would be sold for prices we could not afford.
